Popularizing the Jargon 'Ashiap', Atta Halilintar Now Feels Disgusted with It Himself

Kapanlagi.com - Atta Halilintar is known as a YouTuber who popularized the catchphrase 'Ashiap'. He often uses this catchphrase in his vlogs. Whether he likes it or not, the catchphrase has become a part of him until now.

Atta even made a movie titled ASHIAP MAN which was released in cinemas throughout Indonesia. ASHIAP MAN tells the story of Zulkarnaen, a young man who has been obsessed with becoming a hero since childhood. Meeting a girl named Kiara makes Zul more determined to realize his dream.

However, recently Atta seemed unsure and lacked confidence in shouting his signature catchphrase 'Ashiap'. This actually made the public wonder because Atta has always been so loud in shouting his 'pride' catchphrase.

It was revealed in a podcast with Livy Renata which aired on the AH PODCAST YouTube channel. In front of the beautiful celebrity, Atta was not confident in shouting his catchphrase.

1. Lack of Confidence

Livy Renata asked Atta to shout his signature catchphrase 'Ashiap'. But Atta did not immediately fulfill Livy's request. He seemed hesitant and not like someone who popularized the catchphrase.

"Oh okay, let's try it, check-check. Oh.. I can't do it," said Atta.

"Come on, you can do it. Why can't you do it?" replied Livy Renata.

Apparently, Atta admits that he now feels disgusted when he has to shout the 'Ashiap' jargon. Even though the jargon has been attached to this man born in 1994 for years.

"Because sometimes I just feel disgusted," said Atta while laughing.

"Well, that's how you became famous," replied Livy.

3. Afraid of His Child and Wife Being Embarrassed

Apparently, Atta's hesitation to shout his jargon is also because he now has a child and a wife. He is afraid that Aurel Hermansyah and Baby Ameena will be embarrassed to see him.

"Bismillah. For my children and my wife, don't be embarrassed to see this. Oh.. (moment of silence). When I say 'Ashiap', it feels weird," concluded Atta.
