Portrait of Atalarik Syah Reveals His House Was Demolished by Authorities, Claims There Was No Execution Letter

Atalarik Syah complained that his house on his land in Cibinong, West Java was forcibly demolished by authorities without an execution letter. The incident occurred on Thursday (15/5/2025). The former husband of Tsania Marwa stated that he purchased the land in 2000 and has been trying to defend it since 2015.

Atalarik claims that he did not receive a notification letter for the demolition of his house. He admits to being confused about the situation.

"We are treated like animals, there is no letter. Now it's executed, already up to the roof and everything. When asked for their names one by one, no one wants to give, I’m confused," said Atalarik in a video on IG story @ariksyah.

Through his IG Story, he showed the officers and several staff dismantling the zinc roof and poles standing on the grassy yard.

"I am just a small person, just an artist, being oppressed like this. Even though it hasn't been finalized, there is still a lawsuit, and it's being organized. I am not a fraud, not a criminal, it's easy to find me but I don't have space for that," said Atalarik.

Atalarik tagged the account of President Prabowo & Deddy Mulyadi as the Governor of West Java. He hopes for attention from the leaders regarding the case he is experiencing.

In 2016, it was first reported that Atalarik was involved in a land dispute over an area of 7,000 square meters. According to Atalarik, he had completed the entire process of buying and selling the land with witnesses correctly, but suddenly someone interfered.

Atalarik has undergone trial for a possession case. However, the panel of judges at the Cibinong District Court, Bogor, West Java, decided that the land purchase he made was invalid.
