Since the age of 17, Nadin Amizah has idolized Aurora. She often covered the songs of the Norwegian singer using simple equipment available on the internet. She never imagined that eight years later, she would become one of the opening acts for Aurora's concert tour in Asia.
"If someone told Nadin at 17 that she had just discovered Aurora's songs, covering them with random minus one tracks available on the internet, that eight years later she would be one of the opening acts for Aurora's tour in Asian countries." She expressed in her Instagram caption.

When she first received the news that she would be the opening act for Aurora's concert, Nadin did not believe it right away. She thought the offer was a scam. This disbelief arose because she felt her musical journey was not significant enough to receive such an opportunity.

The preparation to perform at this concert did not go smoothly for Nadin. An overwhelming sense of nervousness made her want to cancel the performance. However, she pushed forward and faced her fears.
"Even during the preparation process, the feeling of 'maybe I should just cancel it' was very strong." She shared in the caption.

Nadin was not alone in facing her anxiety. Her closest ones continuously supported her not to give up. Her friends cheered her on and accompanied her until that important moment arrived. Although she briefly thought about going home without meeting Aurora, her friends convinced her to stay and try.

When she finally met Aurora, Nadin admitted feeling shy and touched. She realized how significant Aurora's influence was in her life. She even felt that the title 'fairy godmother' often given to her was not comparable to Aurora's gentleness and kindness.

In that moment, Nadin expressed her feelings honestly to Aurora. "I can never be as lovely as you are, I still have so much hatred in my heart (Aku tidak akan pernah bisa secantik dirimu, aku masih menyimpan begitu banyak kebencian di hatiku)." she said, stammering. Aurora quickly responded, "we are sisters, we're doing the same thing (Kita saudara, kita melakukan hal yang sama)." That answer touched Nadin deeply, even though she felt she had not fully accepted that reality.

At the end of her post, Nadin did not forget to thank her small team who ensured everything went smoothly. She also mentioned her friend, @nyiteung, who was always present and provided prayers and calmness throughout this journey.
