Portrait of the Funeral of Rahayu Effendy, Dede Yusuf Accompanies to the Grave - Accompanied by Family Tears

Several friends, family members, and the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Arya Bima, were also present to witness the funeral procession. In a poignant atmosphere, Dede Yusuf along with his siblings went down to the grave to assist in the burial process.  

Even though the atmosphere of mourning was deeply felt, Dede Yusuf and his wife appeared strong throughout the ceremony. With full sincerity, he expressed his gratitude for the support from friends and loved ones who came to accompany his mother to her final resting place.  

A touching moment occurred when the actor, who is now active in politics, called the adhan and iqamah at the graveside. After this ceremony, the body of Siti Rahayu Effendi was buried by the officers, accompanied by the recitation of verses from the holy Qur'an. 

"To the friends from the study group, to our in-laws, and to all the family who have helped today. You have been with us for the past two months, and all we can say is thank you very much. Please forgive us, and may he/she be granted a clear path," said Dede Yusuf.

Siti Rahayu Effendi took her last breath at MMC Hospital, South Jakarta, on Thursday early morning at 04:38 WIB. Before passing away at the age of 82, she underwent intensive care in the ICU.

The family could not hold back their tears during Rahayu's burial process. Brother Dede also cried as he let go of his mother to her final resting place.

Dede also shared memories about a photo of his mother taken three months ago. He added that the photo became a source of pride for his mother, who often asked him to make sure the photo was available. 

"This photo is one that I took about 3 months ago when she said, 'Indah, please make the most beautiful picture of mom.' I took this photo when she was 42 years old," he said.
