Previously Summoned, Okie Agustina and Gunawan Dwi Cahyo Will Resolve the Car Pawn Issue in a Family Manner

Kapanlagi.com - Okie Agustina has officially divorced Gunawan Dwi Cahyo in January. Although Okie filed the lawsuit in the Bogor Religious Court, it was at the request of the football player.

Around June, Okie suddenly gave a summons to her ex-husband. This was because Gunawan had secretly taken their child's car named Miro and pawned the documents in March.

1. Want to Resolve It in a Family Manner

After a long time with no response, Gunawan Dwi Cahyo recently contacted Okie Agustina. The man wants to resolve the issue amicably without having to involve the legal realm.

"I sent a legal notice last month, and just a few days ago he said he wanted to talk about it. Actually, I'm an open person, if it can't be resolved or if there's anything to discuss, just talk about it. It's not like this, ignoring or anything," said Okie when met in Mampang Prapatan area, South Jakarta, on Monday (1/7).

2. Legal Notice Because of No Response

Okie Agustina revealed that she didn't want to resort to sending a legal notice just because of a car. However, she was disappointed because Gunawan Dwi Cahyo didn't provide an explanation quickly.

"There is definitely disappointment. Because before I sent the legal notice, I had tried to communicate but there was no reply. I don't want to follow my ego, I just want to return the car because it's Miro's right. He's everywhere now, so it's difficult," said Okie.

3. In Need of Money

Meanwhile, through his legal representative, Gunawan Dwi Cahyo admitted that he was forced to take the Miro car because he needed money. Because he hasn't had any income.

"He (Gunawan) is currently in a limited economic condition, he needs money for personal needs such as the operation he underwent. Because there is no income and he hasn't been working, that's why he pawned the car," explained Sunan Kalijaga when met by the media on Sunday (30/6).
