Fico Fachriza, a famous comedian, took a drastic step by selling his house in Pancoran Mas, Depok, for Rp 425 million.
This decision was made to settle debts arising from online loans (pinjol) and debts to several individuals.
"Part of my effort is also to get rid of usury, online loans, debts to relatives, and the problems I created," wrote Fico Fachriza on his Instagram, Thursday (23/1/2025).
"Bismillah I want to sell my asset in the form of a house located in Pancoran Mas, Depok. If anyone is interested in helping to buy, please contact the number listed in the bio. Thank you," he continued.
The house has never been occupied. Fico also explained that there have been several people who came to see his house.
"Yes, it has indeed never been occupied, it was only occupied by @abdurarsyad and his family when his house was being renovated," he continued.
