Prilly Latuconsina Postpones Teaching Schedule, Focuses on Final Exams for Master's Degree

Prilly Latuconsina is currently busy as an actress and chairperson of the FFI committee, proving that education remains her top priority. She is currently undergoing the Mid-Semester Exam (UTS) for the Master's program she is enrolled in.

Her unpredictable schedule, including shooting until the early morning, makes Prilly have to smartly divide her time between work and academic obligations. She often takes advantage of her little breaks to work on her exam assignments.

"We go to sleep at 6 AM because we start shooting at 11 PM. When I wake up, usually if other work can be moved to the afternoon, I have a little time to sleep, mostly waking up for the midterms because I have midterms right now," explained Prilly when met at the Ministry of Education and Culture building in Senayan on Wednesday (12/11/2025).

Since her master's exam consists of a paper assignment, she can work on it anywhere, including in between her activities in the entertainment world. "I do the midterms like that, because the master's midterm is a paper so I can work on it anywhere. After that, for example, today I continue with the press conference," she said.

This busyness has forced her to make the decision to temporarily postpone her teaching activities. Prilly feels the need to prepare teaching materials well, something that is difficult to do amidst a packed shooting schedule and exams.

"Because I am currently having midterms, I asked to have my teaching schedule after the midterms. Because I also have to work on my paper, and if I teach, I have to prepare the teaching materials as well," she explained.

The plan is for her to return to active teaching after all her affairs are settled, including exams and the film shooting process she is currently undergoing.

"So maybe after the midterm exams, after the film is finished, I'll return to my teaching routine," concluded Prilly.
