Raisa and Hamish Daud Are Both Absent from the Second Divorce Hearing

The follow-up hearing for the divorce of celebrity couple Raisa Andriana and Hamish Daud was held again at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (13/11/2025). However, this session, which was scheduled to summon the principals, had to be postponed again because both parties were absent.

Both were expected to attend to facilitate the mediation process mandated by the court. Raisa was only represented by her legal team, while Hamish Daud was absent and did not send a legal representative.

Putra Lubis, Raisa's attorney, provided an explanation regarding today's conference agenda. He confirmed that both his client and the defendant were absent.

"So today, eh, the second hearing, we as the plaintiff's representatives are present. Eh, the agenda was still in the context of summoning the parties. So we are present as representatives of the plaintiff, while the defendant is not present," said Putra Lubis at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Monday (17/11/2025).

When asked about the specific reason for Raisa's absence, Putra Lubis explained that the singer of the song 'Kali Kedua' has another engagement that she cannot leave.

"From the plaintiff's side, there are indeed activities, and there are specific concerns that cause the individual to be unable to attend," he explained.

The court itself has mandated that the parties should be present for the smoothness of mediation. Although already represented, the presence of the heads is often considered important, especially in the mediation process.

"The name is still a call from the parties, which means it is mandated to be present," said Putra Lubis.

Raisa's legal representatives stated that they will do their utmost to fulfill whatever directives come from the panel of judges before them, although they cannot yet confirm when Raisa will be present in person.

"The point is, whatever input comes from the panel, we will strive to the fullest until it is complete," he concluded.
