Reasons Dwi Sasono Objects to the Nine-Month Rehabilitation Demand from the Prosecutor's Office

The assessment result stating that Dwi Sasono only needs 3-6 months of treatment at RSKO Cibubur apparently becomes the reason for objecting to the prosecutor's demand.

"So, as I mentioned earlier, the prosecutor did not consider the facts presented during the trial. The prosecutor stated that they considered the assessment result. However, the assessment result states 3 to 6 months, not 9 months," said Aris Marassabessy at the South Jakarta District Court on Wednesday (23/9).

Aris also saw testimonies that he considered alleviating, stating that Dwi Sasono only needs another 3-6 months at RSKO. Not only witnesses, but the Doctor also said the same thing.

"The alleviating witness, who is also a doctor treating him, said that it will take another 3 months to finish. So, it is indeed suitable for 3 to 6 months. The doctor also said it again. That means 6 months, that's why we will convey it," he said.

Therefore, Aris Marassabesy, as Dwi Sasono's legal representative, said that they will submit a plea regarding the demands from the prosecutor. Because, according to him, there are some shortcomings in the demands.

"After hearing the demands that were presented, we believe there are several shortcomings. That's why we will submit a plea," he concluded.
