Finally Speaking Up, Roy Kiyoshi Admits His Drug Case as a Lesson
Recently, Roy Kiyoshi finally spoke up about his drug case.
Kapanlagi.com - The health condition of paranormal Roy Kurniawan or better known as Roy Kiyoshi has declined after being declared a suspect and having to stay in detention at South Jakarta Metro Police. His lawyer, Henry Indraguna, said that Roy is experiencing depression, making it difficult for him to sleep and then followed by fever and nausea.
Vivick Tjangkung, the head of narcotics at South Jakarta Metro Police, confirmed this. According to him, Roy's health condition has deteriorated as a result of Roy's psychological state being shaken after being arrested.
"It's normal because he is shocked, devastated, and didn't expect this to happen. We are trying to provide him with psychological support to calm him down. He is slowly normalizing his feelings and mentality so that he can accept the situation he is facing. So, as long as Roy is under our care here, we are following the procedures," said Vivick at his office on Thursday (14/5).
Seeing Roy's condition, the police granted the family's request, represented by their lawyer, for Roy to undergo rehabilitation with the condition that he must undergo an assessment first.
"Roy has a lot of trouble sleeping, he can't even sleep. So when the family requested rehabilitation through their lawyer, we agreed and conducted an assessment," he said.

The assessment results stated that Roy is already dependent on the tranquilizers he consumes and requires medical treatment. Roy was finally taken to the Drug Dependency Hospital (RSKO) to undergo rehabilitation while waiting for the judge's decision in court.
"Then based on the assessment results, we coordinated with the doctors at RSKO to be able to receive Roy for medical treatment there while waiting for the legal process to proceed," he said.
As is known, Roy was arrested by the South Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Unit on Wednesday (6/5) at his residence in the Cengkareng area, West Jakarta. After that, Roy was named a suspect in the alleged misuse of narcotics for buying diazepam tranquilizers online. Roy is charged under Article 62 of the Psychotropic Substances Act No. 5 of 1997 with a minimum sentence of 5 years.
