"There weren't any last messages. Every time he met me, he would always say, 'Don't tire yourself out. What do you want to eat?' Then, 'You shouldn't be sad. If you're sad, I will be sad too. You have to be happy,'" said Sarwendah at the Grand Heaven funeral home, West Jakarta, Wednesday (23/7/2025).

"There are many, I can't say which moment, there are many," said Sarwendah.

Hendrik Lo was rushed to the hospital on Wednesday, July 15, 2025, due to stomach pain, but severe complications led to kidney failure, heart failure, and respiratory failure. This process happened very quickly and he took his last breath at Tzu Chi Hospital, PIK, North Jakarta.
