After spending three hours there for dinner, the two went to visit a bar located in the Roppongi area. The 40-year-old actor was reported to have appeared quite drunk at three in the morning in front of the entrance to Nagano Mei's apartment.

The next day, a reporter who was aware of Tanaka Kei's whereabouts interviewed him after he was caught leaving the residence of the actress born in 1999. When asked about his relationship with Nagano Mei, Tanaka Kei replied that she was just his junior in the Japanese entertainment industry.
