The Family of Keisya Levronka's Younger Sibling Sues Untar for Over IDR 1 Billion

The case of the fall of the singer Keisya Levronka's younger sibling, Lexi Valleno Havlenda, from the 6th floor of the Tarumanagara University building (Untar) has now entered a new chapter. The family has officially filed a civil lawsuit against the Tarumanagara Foundation and Tarumanagara University at the West Jakarta District Court on Wednesday (1/7/2026) with the agenda of summoning the parties involved.

In the lawsuit, the family demands accountability for the incident that befell Lexi in April 2024. The family's legal counsel, Hendro Widodo, stated that this legal action is taken to obtain legal certainty.

They are also seeking compensation for the material and immaterial losses experienced by their client during treatment and recovery.

"The essence is to ask the Untar Foundation and Untar to be jointly responsible for compensating for the material and immaterial losses to our client. That's it," said Hendro Widodo when met at the West Jakarta District Court on Wednesday (1/7/2026)."Total losses? Yes, over IDR 1 billion, more or less like that," he continued.

Although the lawsuit has been filed, Hendro emphasized that his side is still open to discussions if Untar wants to show good faith outside of court.

"Yes, we are also still open to waiting for good faith from Untar. If Untar really wants to show good faith towards our client, then let's talk about it properly," he asserted.

The family hopes that this legal process can provide justice for Lexi, who is still undergoing recovery. "However, we are also pursuing legal efforts guaranteed by the state, so that our client can obtain legal certainty. That's perhaps it," concluded Hendro Widodo.
