"If the invitations have been canceled a week before our decision to send the students back. So in early March, I contacted all the schedules to ask for their understanding, that I said that a situation like this would definitely happen," he said when contacted by phone on Wednesday (18/3).

"So instead of suddenly braking, I said from the beginning 'please reschedule all activities until further notice'. And it turned out, right?" he added.

He said that there were many schedules that had to be canceled or rescheduled due to the corona pandemic. Fortunately, the event committee was also cooperative with the rescheduling.

2. MUI Issues Fatwa

"A lot. But Alhamdulillah, all the committees were cooperative. Because the committee was also afraid, right?" he concluded.

The Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) has issued a fatwa regarding the recommendation to perform prayers at home. This is triggered by the corona virus, which is increasingly worrying every day.
