Recently, Asila became the center of public attention after being accused of using the "bribing" route to be accepted at the University of Indonesia (UI). In an interview, Asila gave a firm response to the accusation.
"If the issue with UI is considered because of his father being a celebrity, having a lot of money, paying (bribing) like that," said Asila Maisa at the Brownis event, viewed from the TRANS TV Official Youtube channel.
Asila explained that she made various long preparations. She also took various tests to be able to enter UI.
"I took the SIMAK, then I also took the IELTS because I chose the KKI, international class, so I had to take either TOEFL or IELTS," she revealed.
I don't really read it, actually, but it is read, no matter what, it's read, because in all the videos that exist in this world, it gets read," said the 18-year-old singer. Â "But I just consider it normal," she continued.
Despite facing criticism, Asila continues her career as a singer while pursuing her education at the Faculty of Law at UI. In fact, Asila even became a speaker at her campus event, which is really cool!
