Bopak's efforts to pay off his debt to Raffi Ahmad have become the focus of public attention. Although Raffi never asked for his debt back, Bopak remains committed to repaying it.
"Yes, so every time we get (money), 'Fi, I have this much, okay?'. I give it. Eventually, Raffi must be really confused. 'Just stop it, Sir, when there's a lot, then you give it to me'. Bopak feels obligated to fulfill his responsibilities. He admits that this way may seem strange to some people, but for him, paying off debts is a principle that must be upheld.
Not stopping there, Raffi Ahmad once sent Bopak and his wife for umrah.
