Tina Toon Admits Her Business is Affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic that Shows No Signs of Subsiding

"Actually, every business is affected. Like family business, and I also have a cosmetics business, there will definitely be an impact, but the key is to maximize how to survive in the current situation," said Tina Toon in a recent interview with kapanlagi.com.

1. Exercising at Home

Not only for business, the 27-year-old woman is also looking for ways to maintain her physical fitness to always stay healthy by exercising. But, in a pandemic like this, she only does it at home.

"Usually, I do aerobic exercises using equipment, cycling at home, not going out. I also sunbathe at home, if I need vitamins, I eat nutritious food, occasionally I take vitamins like when I want to go out, I drink vitamins that contain high vitamin C and D, the rest is not too important," she said.

2. Virtual Hangout

When it comes to meeting friends and hanging out, Tina Toon admitted that she hasn't done it for a long time. If she misses her friends, Tina chooses to gather virtually.

"When I want to catch up with friends, I use WhatsApp or Zoom, so I never leave the house for unnecessary reasons," explained Tina Toon.

3. Implement Health Protocols

The ongoing pandemic should not be a barrier to remaining productive. The most important thing is to continue to adhere to health protocols in order to work safely and comfortably.
