Titiek Puspa, a Multi-Talented Figure, Dwi Andhika: That Grandparent is a Hero of the Entertainment World

"That grandparent is one of the multi-talented artists, can sing, act, host, and dance as well, especially when that grandparent was younger, probably very active," said Dwi Andhika.

Not only multi-talented, according to Dwi, Titiek Puspa also loved to share her knowledge with the younger generation. He described that grandparent as very open and generous with knowledge.

"She once told me, as a public figure you should learn everything even if you focus on one," said Dwi.

The advice left a strong impression on Dwi Andhika's heart. He realized that the suggestion was truly relevant and had helped him in developing his career in the entertainment world.

"For example, if you focus on acting, you can also do hosting, singing, dancing, because those skills will be useful," he said.

According to Dwi, the various skills he possesses today are also a result of Eyang's guidance. He immediately recalled the figure of Titiek Puspa when facing new challenges outside of acting.

"And it turns out to be true, many offers I received indeed challenged me to dance, sing, host, and I immediately remembered what Eyang said," he revealed.

2. Titiek Puspa, A Hero

More than just a role model, Dwi considers Titiek Puspa a hero for the entertainment world in the country. He greatly appreciates Eyang's long career that started in the 1950s.

"Eyang Titiek Puspa has been in the industry since the 1950s, which means she has been active for almost 75 years in the entertainment world, and Eyang truly deserves to be laid to rest here," said Dwi.

He also believes that Eyang has made a significant contribution, especially through her songs that remain relevant to this day. "Eyang is a hero for all of us, her contributions are truly extraordinary, creating many timeless songs and playing a big role for the juniors," he added.

According to Dwi, when talking about the memories and works left by Titiek Puspa, the number is countless. "Wow, if we talk about memories and works, it’s impossible to count everything that Eyang has given us," he concluded.
