The burial process took place after the body was returned from the Kramat Jati Police Hospital to the funeral home in Gandaria village, where the victim lived with his family.

The local RT head, Sudarmaji, revealed that the decision to bury the victim at night was made at the request of the family.

"So the matter of the place and time we leave to the family, and I have received a mandate from the family for the burial location and this evening's time as well," said Sudarmaji when met in the Cibarusah area.

The body of Sandy was laid to rest for a moment at the funeral home before being taken to the mosque for prayers. After that, the burial ceremony was immediately conducted at the nearest public cemetery.

"Yes, it's close, in the village of Gandaria," explained Sudarmaji regarding the burial location.

As someone who knew the victim well, Sudarmaji remembered Sandy Permana as the first RT (neighborhood head) in the area. He also revealed that there had never been any personal issues between him and the victim.

"Personally, there were no problems between the victim and me, we were fine because I have been friends for a long time and we were both involved from the beginning of the establishment of this RT," said Sudarmaji.

The stabbing case that claimed the life of Sandy Permana continues to attract attention. The police are still conducting investigations and pursuing the perpetrator who is suspected of having fled after committing the heinous act.

"Yes, we suspect they are on the run and are being pursued by the police," said Sudarmaji.

Sandy Permana was known as an active figure in his neighborhood. Before this tragic incident occurred, he served as the first RT in the area. His involvement in community activities left a deep sorrow for his neighbors and the surrounding residents.

Although grief still envelops the family and the surrounding community, the burial ceremony proceeded smoothly. Local residents also attended to pay their last respects to Sandy Permana, who was known for being friendly and sociable.
