Kapanlagi.com - Singer Mahalini has successfully built a career in the Indonesian music industry after completing the Indonesian Idol X competition. Now, she has a rare and latest opportunity for her, KLovers.

Mahalini has the opportunity to become a judge in the latest competition titled Trending Stars. Not alone, the girlfriend of Rizky Febian will judge the participants with other judges, namely Andmesh Kamaleng, Bintang Emon, and vocal coach Indra Aziz.

When met during a press conference at MNC Studios Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta, on Friday (10/11), Mahalini, who was once a competition participant, gave a message to the contestants of Trending Stars. She conveyed what she felt when the competition she participated in was still ongoing.

Mahalini believes that self-confidence is an important trait that should be possessed by a talent show contestant.

"My message to them (contestants) is to never lose hope and always believe in themselves," said Mahalini.

"If you don't have self-confidence, everything will fall apart, I'm sure of it, because I used to be like that," Mahalini continued.

2. Challenges in the Competition

In addition, Bintang Emon believes that only after the competition ends, new participants will experience the true competition. Maintaining their existence and consistently producing works is an incredibly difficult challenge for anyone.

"How to survive, maintain their star quality, I might look at it from that perspective," concluded Bintang Emon.

3. Top 10 Will Perform in Live Performance

For your information, the audition process has been done online through YouTube Shorts videos, KLovers. From thousands of contestants, 10 contestants from various provinces in Indonesia have been selected to enter the Top 10 round and their performances will be commented by the judges.

They are Iris Graciella, Kiano Nathaniel, Ananda Dhevira, Febrina Fransisca, Jeyma Monica, Joko Sinyo, Naura Maritzza, Ricardo Sinaga, Maretha Primadani, and Najmah Fariza. On November 15, 2023, for the first time, the contestants will perform in the Live Performance before entering the Final round on November 18, 2023.
