Undergo Health Examination After Being Arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Actor Epy Kusnandar Said to Need Plenty of Rest

Kapanlagi.com - Epy Kusnandar was arrested by the West Jakarta Police Narcotics Unit for the abuse of illegal drugs on Thursday night (9/5/2024). He was apprehended near his business premises in the Kalibata apartment complex along with fellow actor Yogi Gamblez.

From the police's arrest, evidence in the form of marijuana was found. Although Epy and Yogi were conscious when arrested, the results of their urine tests were positive.

1. Latest Condition of Epy Kusnandar

On Saturday (11/5/2024), Epy Kusnandar and Yogi Gamblez were escorted out for a health examination. When asked about his current condition, Epy claimed to be healthy.

"Alhamdulillah, I'm healthy," Epy briefly said to the media at the West Jakarta Metro Police.

2. Need a lot of rest

After being examined, Iptu Redhitya Alfa Hendy, as the Chief of Unit 3 of the Narcotics Detective Unit of West Jakarta Metro Police, said that Epy Kusnandar needs a lot of rest. When asked about the motive for using marijuana, he did not want to speak in detail.

"Kang Epy still needs rest. As for the motive (of using marijuana), we are still investigating. We have a 3 x 24-hour examination period from the first time we apprehended him. The rest will be conveyed during the press release," said Iptu Redhitya Alfa Hendy
