Uya Kuya Clarifies LHKPN Issues, House in America Once Became a Spotlight

"It has been reported, just the amount, at that time it was rushed so the building area and land area were not filled in, because the certificate was just picked up yesterday,' said Uya Kuya in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, Friday (15/11/2024).

He confirmed that the reporting process has been carried out, even though there are some data that are still incomplete. Uya also explained that the division of assets between him and his wife, Astrid, is still separated in the report.

"Everything has been reported. It's just that the land area and building value are still zero because we were in a hurry yesterday. Astrid's assets and Uya's are still separated. Later we want to submit to combine them because they are the same. But we don't know whether to combine or keep them separate," he said.

Regarding the update of asset values, Uya mentioned that the previous report only included the initial acquisition value.

"Yeah, it's fine, just like that. Like the LHKPN issue has been included, but the land area and building area are still zero. Also, the value of the house and everything else is still the initial acquisition value, we will complete it with the current market value," he said.

Uya admitted to having coordinated directly with the KPK to improve and complete the reports that were not perfect.   "Yes, I just had a phone call with the KPK, because we want to revise and complete it. Completing does not mean adding, but the land area, building area, and market value have not been included yet," he explained.

When asked about the status of the report, Uya emphasized that almost everything has been completed.   "Yes, actually we have included everything. The house in America has also been included, right? I have a 30-year mortgage for the house in America," said Uya Kuya.

"As for the circulating hoax about a 70 billion house, I never bought a 70 billion house, it's a hoax. My house in America is one and has a 30-year mortgage," he continued.
