Vadel Badjideh's Mother is Sick Due to Her Son Being Detained on Abortion Allegations, Only Leaves a Message to Keep Praying

Kapanlagi.com - Vadel Alfajar Badjideh, a young man from an Arab-Kupang family, is currently facing a major problem. He has been detained at the South Jakarta Police Station since February 12, 2025, after being reported by actress Nikita Mirzani. This case emerged following allegations of sexual intercourse and abortion involving Nikita's child, Lolly. Vadel Badjideh, who is part of the VLADD dance group along with his brother, Bintang, now has to undergo a rather complicated legal process.

His two siblings, Martin and Bintang Badjideh, came to visit and brought snacks and their brother's favorite coffee on Tuesday (February 18, 2025). Although trying to stay strong, the family admits that this situation is quite heavy, especially for their mother, whose health has declined after learning about the case.

1. Mother Vadel Sent a Message 'Keep Praying'

According to Martin, their mother is currently unable to visit Vadel due to her declining physical condition resulting from this shocking news. Vadel's mother appears to be very devastated by her child's detention. The family has decided to postpone the mother's visit to the South Jakarta Police until her condition improves. She can only send a message for Vadel to keep praying during this difficult situation.

"Mom can't see him yet, she's also sick, feeling down after hearing this," said Martin at the South Jakarta Police, Tuesday (18/2/2025).

Although she cannot meet him directly, the mother still sent a message for Vadel to maintain his worship amidst the situation he is facing.

"Keep up your prayers. Stay healthy," Martin said.

2. Experienced Difficulty Sleeping

While in detention, Vadel reportedly experienced difficulty sleeping, especially at night. This was conveyed directly by Bintang, his older brother, who has often been his companion during late-night content creation.

"He often stays up late when making content. So he says, 'this is usually staying up late with Brother Bintang and Brother Martin'. When we are thinking about content, we often stay up late, so it's like, 'I usually stay up late with Brother Bintang and Brother Martin'," Bintang revealed.

Martin added that this late-night habit usually occurs when they are looking for ideas or creating content together at home.

"While making content, searching for ideas. Usually, if not here, then that's it," Martin clarified.

3. Vadel is Considered More Calm

Although he initially had difficulty sleeping, Vadel's physical condition is said to remain stable. Bintang revealed that his brother is still able to eat normally and does not experience significant issues with his eating patterns.

"He still eats normally. What he thinks about is during the night. At night, he usually is with us," said Bintang.

The family has also noticed changes in Vadel's physical appearance since being in custody. With a shaved head and a rounder face, Vadel is considered to look fresher and calmer compared to when he was first detained.

"He looks fresher too. You can see the difference, he is more calm," added Bintang.

4. Family Brings Some Snacks

During the visit, the family brought some of Vadel's favorite snacks, such as chocolate, bread, and coffee. The request for coffee has become part of Vadel's routine, especially palm sugar coffee which is his daily drink.

"He brought coffee earlier, the important thing is his coffee. Coffee and the food he likes, like biscuits or snacks," explained Bintang.

Martin added that snacks like bread and chocolate have indeed become a habit for his brother during breakfast or just snacking in the morning.

"Yes, it's mostly chocolate and bread. He usually eats bread. He snacks in the morning, that's about it. Just like usual, normal," said Martin.

5. Vadel's Request

The family plans to visit Vadel again soon. They intend to bring the same snacks because that is a direct request from Vadel. "Yes, still (bring bread, chocolate). That's his request. Coffee with palm sugar," said Martin.

Bintang emphasized that the request is indeed simple, but it has its own meaning because it reminds him of the habits when they were still together at home. "It's that simple," Bintang concluded.

Keluarga Vadel Badjideh themselves come from a fairly well-off background. His father is a contractor and often travels out of town, which makes Vadel and his siblings, Martin & Bintang, closer to each other even for matters of visiting in prison.
