Vanessa Khong, Indra Kenz's Girlfriend, Officially Named a Suspect After Receiving Money and Assets Worth Rp 8.9 Billion

Kapanlagi.com - The Binomo case involving Indra Kenz has entered a new phase. This time the police revealed the alleged involvement of Indra Kenz's girlfriend, Vanessa Khong.

Karo Penmas Divisi Humas Polri Brigjen Ahmad Ramadhan, said that Vanessa Khong has been named as a suspect. Vanessa is suspected of receiving Rp 1.1 billion from Indra Kenz.

"VK played a role in receiving funds from IK's brother in the amount of Rp 1.1 billion," said Brigjen Ahmad Ramadhan in a press conference at Mabes Polri, Monday (11/4).

1. Receiving Land Assets

Ramadhan conveyed that Vanessa is also suspected of receiving assets in the form of land in South Tangerang (Tangsel). Not only that, the land asset has a value of IDR 7.8 billion.

"Receiving a piece of land in Tangsel under the name of VK worth IDR 7.8 billion," he said.

2. Blocked Account

In addition, the police have also intercepted Vanessa Khong and two other suspects. Ramadhan said the investigators have also blocked Vanessa Khong's account.

"The investigators have also blocked the account of VK," he said.

3. Becoming a Suspect

Previously, the Bareskrim Polri appointed three people as new suspects in the Binomo application case. Currently, Indra Kenz's girlfriend, Vanessa Khong, followed her lover as a suspect in the case. Vanessa Khong's father, Rudiyanto Pei, and Indra Kenz's sister, Nathania Kesuma, were also appointed as suspects.

The three of them were charged with Article 5 and/or Article 10 of Law No. 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering Crimes and Article 55 paragraph 1E of the Criminal Code. Bareskrim stated that the three new suspects received funds from Indra Kenz, and not only that, they were also said to have helped hide Indra Kenz's assets from the Binomo application.
