Wardatina Mawa Firmly Divorces Insanul Fahmi Despite Saying Love

The domestic turmoil of Wardatina Mawa and Insanul Fahmi has now entered a new chapter in the legal realm. Amidst the report of alleged adultery filed with the police, Mawa remains firm in her initial decision to end her marriage with Insanul Fahmi.

Although Insanul Fahmi's side is reported to still be trying to maintain the marriage by expressing love, it seems that this does not change Mawa's decision.

The lawyer for Mawa emphasized that her client has closed the door to reconciliation if the goal is to be reunited in a polygamous bond. Mawa feels that the betrayal committed by her husband has exceeded the limits of her patience.

For her, justice in the courtroom is far more important than just sweet words uttered by her husband on social media lately.

"Sticking to her principles. If Mawa is concerned about that, she remains firm in her stance that she does not want to be in a polygamous relationship and is steadfast in her decision to divorce," said Fedhli, the legal representative of Wardatina Mawa in the Grogol area, West Jakarta, on Friday (26/12/2025).

Besides the principle issues in the marriage, Mawa also feels disappointed with Insanul's attitude, which seems to try to build a harmonious image in front of the public. Meanwhile, legal facts related to the alleged adultery are currently being processed by the police.

The legal counsel stated that Mawa is currently focused on the legal process at Polda Metro Jaya to ensure that the reported case receives clarity. "Mawa is a victim and Mawa is seeking the truth and justice. So don’t twist the facts," emphasized Fedhli again.

The mediation efforts that were briefly mentioned by the opposing party, including plans for a meeting with religious figures, also seem to have yielded no results. Mawa's side feels that there is no point in being reunited if the foundation of trust has already been destroyed.

Currently, the main focus is to oversee the report under Article 284 of the Criminal Code so that the suspected perpetrator is held accountable for their actions. "I can't answer that because I don't know yet. But if the goal is to reunite in the sense of wanting to be polygamous, then from the start, they have firmly stated that they do not want to. So how can we reunite if one party no longer wants to?" concluded Fedhli.
