Erika Carlina Withdraws Report Against DJ Panda, Demands Apology for Restoration of Good Name

"As per our statement, the DJP must publicly apologize to restore the victim's name. Moreover, at the time of the incident, our client was pregnant. So it is only appropriate to apologize and acknowledge the wrongdoing," said Muhamad Faisal, Erika Carlina's lawyer.

Faisal emphasized that the acknowledgment of guilt and public apology are the main substance of this reconciliation. Without these steps, Erika will not be inclined to withdraw the threat report that has already progressed to the investigation stage.

"There are two substances: the reported party apologizes and acknowledges their wrongdoing. This RJ has two stages. The DJP shows an attitude of acknowledgment and apology. After that, it just needs to be aligned," he explained.

The administrative process to halt the investigation is currently being processed by the police. Faisal explained that withdrawing the report does not immediately stop the case; rather, it requires a bureaucratic process that must be followed.

"Why hasn't there been an update? The answer is that since the case was withdrawn, the termination letter has not been issued immediately. Because there is an administrative process for the withdrawal. And there is a standard format that must be signed by the parties," explained Faisal.

With the completion of this case, it is hoped that the relationship between Erika Carlina and DJ Panda can improve. Both parties have agreed not to raise this threat case again in the future and to focus on their own lives.

"The contents of the agreed reconciliation are based on administrative grounds to stop the investigation due to the reconciliation. Both parties have reconciled, so they agree not to make this issue a problem anymore," he concluded.
