Yudha Arfandi's Former Housekeeper Claims Tamara Tyasmara Often Comes to the House in a Drunken State Early in the Morning

Kapanlagi.com - The continuation of the trial regarding the death of Andante Khalif Pramudityo, better known as Dante, the son of Tamara Tyasmara and Angger Dimas, was held again at the East Jakarta District Court on Monday, September 2, 2024. In this session, the defendant Yudha Arfandi presented five witnesses to testify before the panel of judges, including his former house assistant, Ahmad.

Ahmad, who previously worked for Yudha, testified about the relationship between Tamara and Yudha. In his testimony, Ahmad recounted Tamara's visits to Yudha's house during their romantic relationship.

Daliun Sailan, Yudha's legal counsel, asked how often Tamara visited his client’s house. Ahmad replied that Tamara usually visited about four times a week.

"How often does Tamara come to Yudha's house? How many times a week do you know?" asked Daliun in today’s trial.

"Four times," answered Ahmad.

Ahmad explained that Tamara had stayed for several days and sometimes came at unusual times, such as at two or three in the morning.

"Were Tamara's visits continuous, staying for four days, or did she come in the morning and leave in the evening?" asked Daliun.

"She has stayed, and sometimes she also comes in the morning at 2 or 3 (in the morning)," answered Ahmad again.

2. Tamara's Red Eyes

Ahmad's testimony came under scrutiny when he mentioned that Tamara had once come to Yudha's house in a drunken state. However, this statement quickly drew a response from the panel of judges, who asked Ahmad to clarify the basis of his accusation. Ahmad stated that he suspected Tamara was drunk because he saw her red eyes.

"How do you know that Tamara came in a drunken state?" the judge asked.

"I apologize, Your Honor, but when someone is drunk, their eyes are red," Ahmad replied.

The judge responded to Ahmad's statement, reminding him that red eyes do not always mean someone is drunk. "So it's just an assumption, right? Red eyes can also be due to irritation, you know? That means that's just your conclusion," the judge concluded.
