The two sentences of the shahada that Roy recited to convert to Islam had already received support from his parents to choose the right religion for him. This was revealed by Roy on Cita Citata's Youtube channel.
"Both of my parents have a religion, but they chose not to give me any religion, and they said, you have to find it yourself, I think this is a good thing, I am very happy with the decision they made," said Roy, Cita Citata's boyfriend.

With Roy's decision to convert, finally Roy can choose the right religion. Cita Citata's lover has been in Indonesia for years, making him feel happy to be in this country.
"Yes, I have been in Indonesia for almost 5 years. Yes, of course, Islam is very prominent here. I feel very happy when I am in this country," said Roy.
Not only does Roy feel happy, but he also feels like he has many siblings while in Indonesia. According to him, many friends in Indonesia provide good information for Roy.
"All my friends provide a lot of information, and they don't force anything at all. They provide good things about religion, even though they provide good things about their own religion," said Roy.
