To Make Her Parents Happy, Anisa Syakila from OKI Struggles to Realize Her Dream at D'Academy 8

Kapanlagi.com - Anisa Syakila has successfully advanced to the Final Audition round of D'Academy 8 (DA 8). The contestant from Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI), South Sumatra, came to the stage of the largest dangdut talent search in Indonesia with one main goal, which is to make her parents happy.

For Anisa, D'Academy is not just a competition, but an opportunity to realize her dream of becoming a professional singer while also repaying the support her family has given her all this time.

"First, I want to make my parents happy, and I also want to fulfill their wishes, and I want to become an artist," said Anisa Syakila when met at Studio 5 Emtek City, West Jakarta, on Friday (3/7/2026).

1. Grateful

Her success in passing to the Final Audition stage is proof that hard work and prayers are starting to bear fruit. Although she is still in the early stages of the competition, Anisa admitted that she is very grateful for the opportunity.

"This is to prove that I can do it, Insya Allah. Now, Alhamdulillah, even though I'm still at this stage, I am very grateful," she said.

Anisa realizes that the competition in D'Academy 8 is very tight. However, this does not intimidate her. On the contrary, it motivates her even more to give her best performance for her family and the community that supports her.

She also expressed her gratitude to Indosiar for giving her the opportunity to perform on the D'Academy stage.

"Alhamdulillah I was chosen, I am very grateful. Thank you also to Indosiar for accepting me at this stage," she said.
