Taylor Lautner was born on February 11, 1992, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He began practicing karate at the age of six and showed extraordinary talent in this field.
Lautner earned a black belt at the age of eight and went on to win several junior world championship titles under the guidance of Michael Chaturantabut, a seven-time world champion.
His achievements in karate include winning three gold medals at the world championships and becoming a champion in various national competitions. Before gaining fame as an actor, Lautner also participated in national-level karate tournaments.
On November 11, 2022, Lautner married Taylor Dome, a nurse who graduated from nursing school in 2019.
Their wedding took place at a vineyard in California with an intimate and romantic atmosphere, attended by about 100 guests consisting of family and close friends.
Lautner was also previously known for his relationship with singer Taylor Swift, but that relationship ended in 2009.
