Airing on Vidio, Jefri Nichol and Vanesha Prescilla Will Act Together in the Original Series 'PARADISE GARDEN'

Kapanlagi.com - After a long hiatus, Jefri Nichol will finally return to acting. Not alone, this talented young actor will play alongside the beautiful actress Vanesha Prescilla in the Original Series Paradise Garden which will air on the Vidio.com platform in August 2021.

To satisfy the curiosity of fans, Vidio and Screenplay Films have released their latest teaser poster featuring the two main stars, Jefri and Vanesha.

A dark and mysterious atmosphere is implied in the poster, in line with the genre of Paradise Garden, which is a thriller. Set in a dark corridor, Jefri Nichol is seen embracing and protecting Vanesha Prescilla.

Their gaze is directed towards a frightening source. They both play Andra and Vya, two characters in this series whose story is adapted from a novel with the same title on Wattpad.

1. Vanesha Prescilla Was Initially Afraid

Portraying Vya, a college student trying to find her missing brother due to a mysterious event, was not easy for Vanesha. Moreover, this was her first time trying the thriller genre.

"At first, I was afraid because this is also my first time playing a series that has 8 episodes, unlike a film. But I saw that my character would be different and completely different from the titles I played before. After going through a thorough process and consideration, I finally dared myself," said Vanesha.

2. The Chemistry between Vanesha Prescilla and Jefri Nichol

The duo directors of the series Paradise Garden, Tommy Dewo and Ginanti Rona, revealed their reason for choosing Vanesha as Jefri's partner. According to them, although they have never worked together before, Jefri and Vanesha have a strong chemistry.

"Jefri and Vanesha have been friends for a long time, they already have a strong chemistry but have never worked together. Then when there is Paradise Garden, this becomes an opportunity to unite them here," said Tommy, who also directed the series Serigala Terakhir.

"When we directors talked with Jefri and Vanesha, we also saw their seriousness and passion for this project. So, this became a good synergy, and the shooting went smoothly until it was finished," added Ginanti.

The Paradise Garden series revolves around the story of Vya and Andra's efforts to find their missing siblings in an elite residential complex called Paradise Garden. They try to solve clue after clue to uncover the mystery.
