Ariel Tatum Sings 3 Original Soundtracks in the Latest Film Titled 'SEPEDA PRESIDEN' Directed by Garin Nugroho

Kapanlagi.com - Radepa Studio officially released the Official Trailer for the film SEPEDA PRESIDEN directed by Garin Nugroho. The launch, which also commemorates 40 Years of Garin Nugroho's Work, can now be widely seen on social media starting from December 3, 2021.

Film enthusiasts may also be impatient because they are curious to see the acting of Ariel Tatum, Sita Nursanti, Joanita Chatari, Ian William, and the Three Friends characters from Papua: Arnold Asmuruf, Franken Ramandei, and Elias Pandawa.

"SEPEDA PRESIDEN is a children's and family film that is full of humor, joy, beautiful songs, and warm human events," said Garin Nugroho at the press conference for the film Sepeda Presiden in the Fatmawati area, South Jakarta, on Monday (12/6).

"This is the power of Papua, like their Mob that is always presented in a funny and joyful way. Their singing talent and their natural surroundings bring joy to life in a beautiful environment," he continued.

In addition, because of the love for children, music, and Indonesian culture, producer Avesina Soebli has once again made a film with a theme of children and Indonesian culture, especially Papua culture. There are four Soundtracks in the film SEPEDA PRESIDEN performed by Papua talents such as the songs Sepeda Presiden, Yospan, Papua, and Sajojo.

Not only that, there are also three other songs that will be featured in the film SEPEDA PRESIDEN such as Risau (released on October 29), Kunang Kunang, and Bunga Anggrek sung by Ariel Tatum.

Interestingly, all the songs featured in the film SEPEDA PRESIDEN are produced by Royal Prima Musikindo (RPM). And later, the song Sepeda Presiden will be sung by The Papua Kids (Arnold Asmuruf, Franken Ramandei, and Elias Pandawa) who are the actors playing the 3 friends in the film SEPEDA PRESIDEN.

The song, which was released on December 4th, tells the story of the spirit of children from Papua welcoming the day and striving to reach their dreams. In addition, there are Yospan and Sajojo, traditional Papua songs performed by Bona Pascal, JB Macho, and the children of Papua.

Meanwhile, three soundtracks performed by Ariel Tatum such as Risau, a song released on October 29th, tells the story of anxiety and restless feelings that cause confusion about the direction of life.

Then there's Papua, a song that Ariel performs in collaboration with Ian William, telling the beauty of nature and their love for Papua. There are also two children's songs titled Kunang Kunang and Bunga Anggrek which are performed again by Ariel Tatum and rearranged by RPM, produced by Octav Panggabean.

During the process of making this film, this 25-year-old woman also shared various impressions she experienced during filming. Not only that, for about a month in Papua, Ariel became fond of eating fish.

"First of all, the beauty of nature, secondly, the energy and enthusiasm of the Papuan children are extraordinary. We were infected by their spirit, so I couldn't get tired," she said.

"As for the food, I really enjoyed the culinary experience there. During my time in Papua, I ate a lot of fish. When else can we eat fish? The cuisine was incredibly delicious, and I was very enthusiastic to try everything," she continued.

4. Changing Hair Color

There is something different about Ariel Tatum's appearance now. She has just changed her black hair color to blonde. This drastic change was made for her latest film titled SEPEDA PRESIDEN (PRESIDENT'S BICYCLE).

"This very drastic hair transformation was indeed done specifically for this film," said Ariel Tatum when met at Djakarta Theater XXI, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (28/9).

It turns out that this is Ariel Tatum's first time coloring her hair. She hopes to give her best appearance. "This is my first time ever coloring my hair after years of having healthy hair. I hope it's worth it," she added.
