Initially, the concept of the SORE poster was a moment of Sore hugging her husband. "When we were shooting, we imagined, oh later Sore will hug Jonathan from behind like this. It was done, we went home, edited, picture look," said Suryana Paramita, the producer.

"At that time, we discussed in the group. 'How's the photo process going? Which one is the poster?' Why isn't there anything representative of the viewing experience?" said Yandy Laurens, the director.

The initial concept was felt to not reflect the time travel factor, which is the main thread in the film SORE. Yandy and the team continued to search for ideas for the poster.

"Searching for ideas, what images come up when people search for time travel? A lot of distorted clock images come up," he continued.

Thus, the idea of a photo on a spiral staircase emerged as the poster. "When taking the poster photo, Evan (the photographer) edited it on the spot. Sheila with her various expressions was immediately okay, let's put it here, okay once more, try that," explained Suryana Paramita.

"When we were about to take the photo, I just asked, 'Mit, how much does it cost to do work like this?' (answered) this much. Wow!" said Yandy, who was shocked by the amount that had to be spent for a poster.

Even so, they apparently managed to create a poster that is not only representative but also iconic. "But when we saw the results, everyone was happy and it seemed like everyone agreed, yes, it was worth it," concluded Yandy.
