Lionsgate Films Invites Falcon Pictures to Collaborate, Many Opportunities to Distribute Indonesian Films Worldwide!

Recently, Globalgate Entertainment, founded by Lionsgate four years ago, invited Falcon Pictures, a production house based in South Jakarta, to become their partner. Indonesia is the fourteenth country to join, following Lotte Entertainment (South Korea), Televisa (Mexico), Kadokawa (Japan), and many others.

HB Naveen, the founder of Falcon Pictures, expressed his enthusiasm and excitement about this partnership with Lionsgate. Because it can certainly open opportunities for Indonesian films, especially under its production, to circulate in many countries.

"Falcon Pictures is very excited to be part of this creative industry network. With the brilliance of mindset and storytelling abilities, we hope to expand Indonesian original content and share it with the world. We are very grateful for this partnership," said Naveen as quoted from Variety.

2. Consequences of the Opening of the Negative Investment List

The partnership between Globalgate Entertainment and Falcon Pictures is a consequence of the opening of the Negative Investment List (DNI). This makes it easier for foreign producers to collaborate creatively with local parties.

"Indonesia has a rapidly growing industry for its films, new cinemas, and box office market share. And Falcon Pictures, with its unmatched strength, stands firmly in the midst of it all.
