Original Indonesian Tokusatsu Film 'BARDION' Exclusively Streaming on Vidio, Actor Sebastian Teti Reveals His Fatigue Preparing to Be a Hero

Kapanlagi.com - Last December, the original Indonesian tokusatsu film titled BARDION was specially screened in CGV Cinemas. Those who haven't had the chance to watch it can finally do so as this science fiction genre offering is now available on the streaming service Vidio.

Eva Stephanie Kurnia, SVP Programming at Vidio, expressed pride in being able to exclusively screen the film BARDION starting August 23, 2024. As a provider of diverse entertainment content, Vidio and BARDION apparently share the same spirit.

"When looking at BARDION and Vidio, we have something in common, which is the work of the nation's children that grows and develops in Indonesia. Vidio is very enthusiastic about presenting this director's cut version of the film exclusively," said Eva at a press conference in the Senayan area, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (21/8/2024).

1. Shooting Preparation for Months

Actor Sebastian Teti was cast to play Bara alis Bardion in the tokusatsu film BARDION. He revealed that the training before shooting took months. However, the exhaustion was completely worth it after seeing the final result.

"The shooting of BARDION was completed last year, and the experience is unforgettable even though almost a year has passed. Months of training for a shoot that might only be a third of the training. So, you can imagine how tired I was. But the result is extraordinary," said Sebastian when met at the same occasion.

2. Fond of All Things Japanese

For his involvement in the film BARDION, Sebastian Teti went through a casting process. He is happy to have been chosen because he personally likes things related to Japan.

"Being involved in this film is something extraordinary because Bastian loves Japan. That's why when I was chosen to be the hero, I was incredibly happy because this is the first time Bastian acted in a film with action elements," he concluded.
