Portray Alif in the movie RANAH 3 WARNA, Arbani Yasiz: Emotionally Draining

"Honestly, filming RANAH 3 WARNA was very emotionally draining. The emotional state of Alif was really suppressed here, pushed to the limit. The conflicts were also heavy conflicts," said the 25-year-old actor when met at the MNC Studio complex, Jakarta, on Thursday (30/7/2020).

"Alif almost meets every player in the film, he must meet everyone. That means there is also a lot of chemistry with other people, not to mention I have a lot of homework like Minang language, not to mention Arabic, English, and French," he said.

2. Lose Weight

Yasiz, in the film, is also required to lose weight according to the role's needs.

"At that time, my weight was around 65 kg, so it had to be reduced to about 62 kg. But on the second day of reading, I got chickenpox. Automatically, I had to rest for about a week or more, and during that time, because I thought it would help me recover faster, I kept eating. All kinds of fruits and everything. My weight became 69 kg. So, I only had 3 weeks to lose weight to 62 kg. But thankfully, I managed to reach 60 kg," he said.
