Government Officially Issues Filming Permit, Joko Anwar Implements Rapid Test Every 14 Days During Production

Kapanlagi.com - Finally, the government has officially issued a permit for film production, one of those who welcomes the news positively is the director, Joko Anwar.

According to him, there needs to be synergy between the government, producers, production houses, and workers in the field to implement health protocols during filming on location.

"Of course, the film industry is a real industry, meaning there are people who work and live from this industry," said Joko Anwar when contacted by phone on Tuesday night (7/7).

1. There Must Be a Protocol

Of course, many people rely on the film industry in Indonesia for their livelihoods. Therefore, Joko Anwar feels that this industry must immediately resume operations with good protocol protection.

"But there must be a protocol to protect all of this, with health protocols from the government, producers, and production houses paying more attention. Because government protocols are public, there must be regulated details," he continued.

2. Implementing Rapid Test

Not only that, Joko Anwar has stated that he has started preparations for shooting his latest film and has already implemented rapid tests since pre-production.

Following the recommendations in the Diparekraf regulations, Joko Anwar also applies rapid tests every two weeks regularly during his film production.

"If we do a rapid test before preparations. A few days ago, before starting preparations because we can't do it just once. Rapid test every 14 days, we do the rapid test during preparations, and if the result is reactive, we continue with a PCR test. If it turns out to be positive, they have to quarantine for 14 days and cannot participate in activities," he concluded.
