Prepare for the Movie 'CINTA 5 UNSUR', Lingkar Film Lifts Chinese Culture in Indonesia

Kapanlagi.com - The Indonesian film industry never ceases to present quality entertainment. The Lingkar Film production house is preparing for a new film. Highlighting Chinese culture, especially Cina Benteng or Ciben, the film is titled CINTA 5 UNSUR.

Carrying the romantic comedy genre, Hendra Martono, as the Producer of Lingkar Film, teamed up with comedian Erwin Wu as the screenwriter. Later, Erwin Wu was also trusted to be the comedy consultant in this film.

"We are preparing a film about Chindonesia, China in Indonesia, which is more towards Ciben. I am one of those who initiated to write the script, and comedian Erwin Wu wrote it. He is also the comedy consultant," said Hendra Martono Liem during a breaking of the fast event in Kemang, South Jakarta, on Monday (25/4).

1. There are Elements of Life

The title of the movie CINTA 5 UNSUR also does not escape the belief of the Chinese people about feng shui and the elements of life. Wow, this movie is going to be great, a must-watch.

"This movie is a bit tricky, I don't want to be seen as insulting the Chinese people. So I use the story of a person from Surabaya who works as an architect," explained Hendra Martono.

2. 3C Elements

Hendra Martono admitted to having concerns about the 3C elements. These elements have meanings, namely Cuan, Cincai, and Cengli, which the Chinese people believe have undergone a shift in meaning.

"There is a misunderstanding about cuan, cincai, and cengli. Here we try to inform what is the truth," said Hendra Martono.

3. There is a Message about Investment

CINTA 5 UNSUR is also spiced up with important messages about long-term investment. Although not much, there will be a jab at the crazy rich who become affiliates.

"So we actually have a scene and a formula. So we try to apply that formula. So later we include the story of a fake crazy rich person who wants to buy a house, but lies. Like taking a jab at the crazy rich people who have gone viral," added Girry Pratama, who is the director of Lingkar Film.

4. Soon to be Produced

The plan is for this film to begin production after Idul Fitri this year. Lingkar Film has also secured the names of actors and actresses involved. However, these names cannot be revealed yet.

"The cast is already there, but we can't reveal it yet, we'll do it when the time comes. What's for sure is that there will be Chinese-blooded actors," answered Hendra Martono.
