Watch the movie NGERI NGERI SEDAP, Luhut Binsar Panjaitan Cries

Kapanlagi.com - Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Luhut Binsar Panjaitan, along with his wife Devi Simatupang and their entourage, watched the movie NGERI NGERI SEDAP together at XXI Epicentrum, Kuningan, Jakarta, on Saturday (11/6/2022).

On that occasion, Luhut appreciated the film directed by Bene Dion Rajagukguk.

"I have to express my extraordinary appreciation. I think this is a reflection of life in many parts of Indonesia, and I feel proud of the director who designed it for 8 years and then made the film. The presentation of the film is high-end. Seriously," said Luhut after watching the movie.

1. Shedding Tears

While watching the movie that raises the issues of young people from the Batak tribe, Luhut admitted that he was moved to tears. Even the 74-year-old man admitted that he cried.

"Yes, I shed tears. I honestly cried because the father admitted his mistake," said Luhut.

Not only himself, but also his wife who accompanied him to watch the movie, also cried. "Oh, she (my wife) kept crying," Luhut replied.

On the other hand, receiving appreciation from Luhut Binsar Panjaitan made the actors and director happy.

"We are very happy that he took the time to enjoy the movie that we made with all our hearts, and thank God for his pleasant response," said Bene, the director.

"I saw him laughing at every funny scene. I saw him crying at every sad scene. I am happy that he cried, and I am even happier," said Lolox, one of the actors.

The horror-comedy film NGERI NGERI SEDAP premiered in theaters on June 2, 2022. Currently, the film is still playing in theaters in Indonesia.

Starring Arswendi Bening Nasution, Tika Panggabean, Boris Bokir, Lolox, Indra Jegel, and Gita Bhebhita, this film has been watched by more than 600,000 viewers.
