Jurnee Smollett Hopes to Return as Black Canary in 'BIRDS OF PREY' Sequel

Smollett said she feels honored to wear the mantle, and she would be very happy to play it again if given the chance.

Although this film was very positively received by fans and critics, however BIRDS OF PREY had to swallow disappointment at the Box Office, which only opened with a figure of Rp 482 billion.

The worldwide figure raked in around Rp 2.9 trillion and that achievement is not actually a bad number, but it is very disappointing when compared to other comic book films. That is a significant factor why Warner Bros has not officially made a sequel to BIRDS OF PREY.

It is possible that many people will be interested in a sequel to this film and the number could increase as the film makes its debut on HBO Max next month.
