Just one of the players alone can be a reason enough to watch this series. Director Ha Byung-hoon commented, "I started working on the script in January last year. When writing it, I already imagined the actors. I thought about which actors I wanted to collaborate with and who could generate good responses regarding the casting process."

2. Diverse Characters

With many extraordinary actors, you can expect diverse and interesting characters. Yee-jae's reincarnation punishment that takes her to 12 different lives allows the audience to see her living as 12 different people.

Director Ha Byung-hoon explained, "Each actor plays two characters at once: one as their original character and the other as Yee-jae reincarnated into them."

Each reincarnated character has a different background, including a conglomerate heir, a bullying victim, a prisoner, a model, and many more. It seems it will always be interesting to see Yee-jae reincarnated into the next character.

3. The Return of Park So Dam

PARASITE actress Park So Dam was diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer in 2021, and DEATH'S GAME marks her return to the drama. The actress shared her experience and said, "Honestly, the recovery was difficult. I think people who have had the same experience as me will understand how it feels."

Park So Dam also talked about the casting process and how the director trusted her, giving her the courage to take on the role. She also expressed gratitude to the director, Seo In Guk, and the entire cast for their attention and assistance during the production of the series.

4. Realistic Acting

When asked about the difference between this series and the original webtoon, Director Ha Byung Hoon said, "I think we wanted to create realistic scenes, and that's what sets the series apart from the webtoon. For example, the parachute jumping scene, the fight scene, and the motorcycle scene all look real. They may seem like CG, but the actors actually performed the shots."

Sung Hoon revealed, "I actually jumped about 13 times during the parachute jumping scene." Jang Seung Jo shared, "There are many scenes where I ride a motorcycle, so I got a driver's license."

Lee Jae Wook also talked about working with a familiar stunt team for the fight scenes and how the director prepared everything thoroughly and provided helpful references. Can't wait to see these scenes!
