Bunga Zainal returned to Polda Metro Jaya on Wednesday (3/5/2025) to follow up on her report of alleged fraudulent investment that she had submitted. This case involves two reported individuals with the initials AAACD and SFSS, who are suspected of causing losses of up to IDR 6.2 billion.

According to Bunga, her visit this time is to undergo additional examination. She mentioned that her case file is actually almost complete, but there are still a few things that need to be added before it can be submitted to the prosecutor's office.

The additional examination focuses on the location of the incident and transaction evidence. Bunga explained that the money she handed over to the reported party took place in two different locations, namely at her office and at her home in West Jakarta.

She also emphasized that this case indeed occurred in Jakarta, so the trial will also be held in the same area. This statement was made to refute the suspect's claim that the incident took place in another city.

In addition to undergoing examination, Bunga also questioned why the police have not held a press conference regarding this case. She feels that many parties are waiting for updates on her case and want to know when the perpetrator will be presented to the public.

He admitted to being surprised because in other cases, suspects are usually immediately presented at a press conference once their status is established. However, in his case, this has not yet been done even though the suspect status has been established for a long time.

Bunga hopes that there will be no different treatment for her case compared to other cases. She just wants the police to provide clarity and to follow up on this case according to the applicable procedures.

With her arrival at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, Bunga hopes that this case can soon be processed to the trial stage, so that justice can be served promptly.
