For a perfect appearance in the eyes of fans, K-Pop idols always maintain their lifestyle. One of them is by applying the right eating pattern. In order to experience the direct effect, a BTS fan named Joelle from Buzzfeed challenged herself to try enjoying the diet menu of each member.
Every day, Joelle eats a different menu that is also the favorite of BTS members in their diet for a week. What are the results?

On the first day, Joelle tried RM BTS's diet menu, which is sweet red bean bread for breakfast. This bread is shaped like a bun, similar to a burger, and enjoyed with a cup of dalgona coffee that was popular in Korea.
This combination was inspired by watching RM and Jimin's live broadcast while making dalgona together. For lunch, she ate kalguksu, a type of Korean noodle dish with added scallions, cucumber, and shitake mushrooms. RM really likes this menu.
For dinner, she had samgyeopsal, or grilled pork belly. In Korea, this menu usually uses pork belly, but it can be modified using beef if you don't consume pork.

On the second day, Joelle tries Jimin BTS diet menu. For breakfast, she chooses to eat fruits, just like what Jimin usually does. Meanwhile, for lunch, Joelle chooses to make bulgogi to complement her bibimbap choice, because Jimin also really likes to eat meat. In the evening, Joelle chooses to eat kimchi jjigae. Jimin really likes that menu. Besides being dominated by vegetables and meat as ingredients, this typical Korean boiled food is also very nutritious and healthy.

Entering the third day, Joelle chooses J-Hope BTS diet menu. This BTS dancer really likes to eat traditional Korean food. Joelle also chooses to have J-Hope BTS-style breakfast by making kimbap. For lunch, she chooses to eat kimchi bokkeumbap, which is kimchi fried rice, that J-Hope once ate during a live broadcast. As for dinner, Joelle chooses to eat J-Hope BTS's favorite fast food such as burgers and french fries. Of course, J-Hope doesn't eat them every day, and the portion is also relatively small. In addition, J-Hope's physical activity as a dancer is very high, so eating burgers and fries doesn't seem to matter to his body. So, don't just imitate eating fast food, but also don't skip exercising.

On the fourth day, Joelle tried V BTS's diet menu. This BTS member really likes to eat noodles. That's why Joelle chose japchae, V BTS's favorite stir-fried noodles, for breakfast.
For lunch, Joelle chose another popular Korean noodle dish, such as jajangmyeon or black soybean noodles. This dish is also V BTS's favorite.
While to end his days after intense training, V BTS usually chooses ready-to-eat menus that can be eaten directly, like Panda Express.

On the fifth day, Joelle switched to trying Suga BTS's diet menu. As a member who is good at cooking, Suga can actually eat anything, but one food that is never absent from his diet menu is oranges.
Joelle also chose to have breakfast with Suga's orange meal. During the day, she chose to eat Korean-style fried chicken and cola. Of course, this menu combination can be modified, such as replacing soda, to dissolve trans fats from the fried chicken.
As for dinner, Joelle chose to eat galbi or marinated and grilled ribs. To make it even more perfect, galbi is usually eaten with typical Korean side vegetables like kimchi.

There's a reason why Joelle chose Jin BTS diet menu on the sixth day. Jin loves to eat, even though his body looks so proportional. Yes, Jin applies a smart eating pattern, not just eating any dish.
For breakfast, Joelle chose to eat ramen with scrambled eggs. For lunch, she chose to eat naengmyeon or Jin BTS's favorite cold noodles. As for dinner menu, Jin likes to enjoy luxurious dishes, like lobster. Joelle also enjoyed this menu.

Last but not least, there's Jungkook BTS diet menu. Among all the members, Jungkook is known to be the one who often applies strict diet. Joelle also tried Jungkook BTS's signature breakfast menu, which is toast with peanut butter, nutella, and sliced bananas.
As for lunch, Joelle chose to eat tteokbokki which is also loved by Jungkook BTS. And to end the day, Joelle chose to eat pizza which she and Jungkook both love.
Well, those BTS diet menus can't be considered as the main reference, especially since Joelle only did it for fun. Besides, no one knows for sure the diet program of other BTS members that is rarely revealed to the fans.
What is known for sure is that almost all BTS members admit that they love to eat. However, to maintain their ideal body, they balance it with strict exercise. Meanwhile, Joelle herself chooses to like Suga BTS's diet menu. How about you, KLovers?
