Amanda Caesa Releases Single 'Mengapa Patah Hati', Finally Daring to Step Out of the Comfort Zone

Despite the fact that her previous three singles as the daughter of comedian Parto were sung in English, she claimed to be more confident singing in English.

"I want to challenge myself, I want to step out of my comfort zone with my English songs," said Amanda Caesa during the release of her music video in Gunawarman, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, on Friday (15/10).

Before completing the song-making process, the 18-year-old girl admitted that she was nervous. Understandably, this single is her debut in singing in Indonesian.

"Honestly, I feel relieved because what I've been working on and also nervous about is that this is my first Indonesian-language song," she said.

"This song is outside my comfort zone, it's completely different in terms of singing style and music. There's definitely a process for me to connect with the music. I feel relieved that it can be enjoyed by many people after its release," Amanda continued.
