Ari Lasso Creates a Magical Moment Leading a Sea of Flashlights at Dewa 19 Concert

The Dewa 19 Featuring All Stars 2.0 concert on Saturday (06/9/2025) night was not just about music, but also about the magical atmosphere and warm interaction between the musicians and the tens of thousands of fans who filled the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK).

From the start, the vocalists of Dewa 19 took turns heating up the atmosphere. Virzha even interacted with the audience, dedicating the song "Pupus" to those who have ever experienced heartbreak from a failed marriage.

"Already prepared for the wedding but it was canceled just like that," said Virzha before singing the melancholic song.

However, the control of the stage seemed to be in the hands of the maestro, Ari Lasso. The former vocalist of Dewa 19 successfully became the conductor for tens of thousands of Baladewa.

One of the most unforgettable moments was when he asked the entire audience to turn on their phone flashlights.

"For this song, everyone must turn on their flashlight. For those who turn it on, may your fortune be smooth, may you marry soon, and for those who are already married, marry again," joked Ari Lasso, which was met with laughter.

In an instant, the entire stands of GBK turned into a sea of beautiful star lights, creating a spectacular view as the song "Kangen" was sung.

Even when the rain started to fall in the middle of the event, the audience's spirit did not wane at all. They held on, some wearing raincoats, just to witness their idol until the end. This moment seemed to prove Ahmad Dhani's words, "Rain brings blessings."

In between his performances, Ari Lasso also did not forget to pay tribute to the late Erwin Prasetya, the first bassist of Dewa 19, before performing the song "Kirana." "Give the best applause for the best band in Indonesia, Dewa 19. We dedicate this performance to Erwin Prasetya," he said with deep emotion.

Warm interactions, laughter, touching moments, and a sea of flashlight beams were proof that this concert was more than just a show, but rather an emotional gathering between Dewa 19 and their loyal fans.
