They collaborated to release a single titled Dat Thang.
Their collaboration is a cross-generational one, where Fariz RM is a musician and hitsmaker for his hit songs from the 80s-90s until now.

Meanwhile, Arya Novanda, a millennial musician in the blues genre, has been productive in creating many singles, including the single The Wonder that impressed Bimbim SLANK.
According to Arya Novanda, Fariz RM had a significant influence on the musical composition of this single, making it more lively.
"The collaboration on the single “Dat Thang” is the result of my mindset and Fariz RM's coming together. He not only played the instruments, but his composition gave life to the song, making it authentic and genre-less,” said the songwriter, guitarist, and vocalist born in Jakarta on November 21, 1997.
The single Dat Thang tells the story of the passionate desires of young men and women in the glittering nightlife of the city.
Arya Novanda said that "Dat Thang" is part of an EP (Extended Play) that will be completed and released this year.
"Dat Thang is the opening single from the EP that I will release later this year. There will be a total of 5 singles, and I plan to collaborate with other Indonesian musicians on some of them,” said the musician known as the “Blues Man.”
