Denden Gonjalez, SEARCH Vocalist from Bandung, Impresses Judges on The Voice Bulgaria 2021

This singer and YouTuber from Bandung impressed the judges on The Voice Bulgaria with his performance of Steelheart's song 'She's Gone,' even surprising the audience with his talent.

1. First Performance with SEARCH at Rocking On Rooftop Concert

Deden Gonzalez's first performance on stage with SEARCH was at the Rocking On Rooftop Concert at Campbell Shopping Complex in Kuala Lumpur on June 11, 2022, at 9 pm.

Although the rooftop location is not new to some local artist concerts, what SEARCH will showcase has its own uniqueness.

Campbell Shopping Complex in the 1980s, where Malaysian Rock music flourished, was a 'port rocker' at that time. What is certain is that the combination of Rock & Roll music, Rock fans, and the location will evoke nostalgia for the glory days of Rock music there.

2. Show Variations

Noordin, who inspired the concert, said that the concert will also showcase variations in terms of sound, lighting, stage design, and song selection.

“We will perform 14 to 17 songs. What's interesting is that these songs are rarely or never played by SEARCH in previous concerts,” said Noordin.

“SEARCH has many songs and fans also request to play all kinds of songs. The songs that were played in previous concerts, the fans already know them. So, this time we want something different. We also want to play songs that have the potential to attract the foreign market, especially Indonesia,” he said.

3. In the 6th Album Song

Noordin said that among them are songs from the 6th album, the Rampage album, which was released in 1992.

"This album also features Yan as the bass player. The musical direction on this album is also different from other albums. Moreover, many fans like this album, ” he said.

4. Audiences Presented with Building Panorama

Not only the song selection, but the stage design for the concert is also different. The stage is on the rooftop and there is no backdrop, instead the audience is presented with a panorama of skyscrapers in Kuala Lumpur.

"That's the background of our stage. It will definitely be interesting to watch, especially in terms of photography and visuals,” he said.

5. Fresher Music

Not only from Denden as the new vocalist, Yan and Minn also provide fresher music arrangements than SEARCH. Including the sound system, production team, and other maximum preparations to be able to provide quality performances and 'sound'.

Meanwhile, the concert will also feature the Queen of Rock, ELLA, as a guest star, where ELLA will also duet with Denden.
