Launches Latest Album Titled Movement of Soul, Reza Artamevia Collaborates with Aaliyah and Al Ghazali

Kapanlagi.com - Singer Reza Artamevia finally released her latest album, the last album she released 21 years ago. The latest album by the singer of the song 'Berharap Tak Berpisah' is titled Movement of Soul under the auspices of GMI Records.

For Reza, this new album is very meaningful because it is her dream. In this album, there is a song titled 'Aaliyah' that she wrote and sang specifically for her child.

“This is in Movement of Soul, so many dreams of mine for the past 21 years. So when I wanted to make an album, I said I wanted to pour it into the album. (There is a song) that I sing, titled 'Aaliyah',” said Reza Artamevia when met at KFC Kemang Raya, South Jakarta, Wednesday (24/1).

Not only that, in this album, Reza Artamevia also collaborated with Aaliyah and Al Ghazali for a remix song titled Berharap Tak Berpisah (Hoping Not to Part). She said that Berharap Tak Berpisah is presented with a very different nuance.

“I wanted to have millennial kids in this album, and it's perfect that Aaliyah sings it, along with Al Ghazali. He is a musician, and a good musician at that. He is like a son to me, Aaliyah's friend,” she said.

“So, I wanted to remix the song 'Berharap Tak Berpisah'. Alhamdulillah, the song was well received and the result was phenomenal. It was really cool featuring them,” she added.
