Officially Released from the Band Lyla Starting January 31, 2020, Naga Has Been Thinking of Quitting Since Early 2019

Kapanlagi.com - Naga's decision to quit the band Lyla had actually been considered for a long time. Precisely since early 2019, Naga has started to feel that he is not on the same musical frequency as his friends.

Rather than creating half-heartedly due to a lack of vision, Naga decided to quit after 14 years of making music with Lyla.

"Since the beginning of 2019, I have been thinking of quitting Lyla. But I only spoke to Lyla's friends in October 2019. The reason is that I feel that I am currently not on the same musical vision with Lyla. I conveyed that instead of creating half-heartedly, it would be better for me to quit and Lyla to find a replacement vocalist," said Naga when contacted via WhatsApp on Friday, (24/1).

1. Good Friendship Relationship

Although feeling not in the same vision as his friends in the band Lyla, Naga asserts that it is only for music matters. As for friendship, he still maintains a good relationship with the other personnel.

"There is no problem at all in terms of friendship. We are still fine. Regarding music career, I am currently preparing a solo single as Naga," said Naga.

2. Other Members Surprised

Naga's decision to resign not only surprised the fans of this band. The other members of Lyla were also surprised by this big decision.

"Because 14 years together is not a short time. Our emotional bond is not just about professional work, but it's like a family. After everything was explained, they could understand and support my decision. On the other hand, I continue to support Lyla to keep working," he explained.

3. Already Got a New Vocalist

After Naga's departure, Lyla certainly needs a new vocalist. And the band Lyla has found a replacement for Naga to fill his empty spot.

"Just waiting for the Lyla members to announce it," he said.
