PAS Band is known for frequently changing their musical style with each album. However, after losing Trisno, who played as the bassist and was one of the creative pillars, Sandy admitted that their musical direction going forward cannot be determined yet.
"I don’t know. We don’t know what it will be like, because even with Trisno, we were always changing," said Sandy PAS Band when met in the Epicentrum area, South Jakarta, on Tuesday (3/8/2026).
Sandy added that without Trisno's presence, there is a part that feels missing in the creative process they usually go through. This condition has made PAS Band's future music plans still a question for the band members themselves.

Sandy explained that from the beginning, PAS Band allowed the direction of their music to flow according to the feelings and personal conditions of each member. This pattern makes the character of each release often change according to what they experience at the time.
He mentioned that the habit of experimenting is not new for PAS Band. Even when Trisno was still with them, changes in style occurred from one album to the next without a fixed pattern.
After losing Trisno, the process of determining the musical path became not as simple as before. Sandy emphasized that there is an element that usually fills the creative process that is no longer present, so the next artistic decision is still waiting for the right time.

One characteristic of PAS Band's works is that they originate from real situations experienced by the members, ranging from financial dynamics to personal matters. This approach shapes material that is close to everyday experiences.
"PAS Band is a band whose works are influenced by the personal situations of its members. When they don't have money, they feel tangled. But that's what people like," Sandy stated.
According to him, the honesty of those experiences makes their music easily accepted. Every change in style is not just an experiment, but a reflection of what they are facing in real life.
In the midst of grief over the loss of Trisno, the members admitted that they have kept several ideas. However, they do not want to rush to execute them so that the emotions they feel can be processed first.
"We feel an extraordinary loss, you know. It's already in our heads, wanting to create this, wanting to create that. But let's hold off, we’ll write it down later," he said.
Sandy emphasized that they choose to let the process unfold naturally. A new work will be born when their mental condition is ready to return to the studio.
"If it will eventually become a work, let it flow according to God's will. That's it," concluded the drummer.
